The location is really good. I barely used public transport. Many places were within a short walk.

The room was smaller than expected for the price I paid. I expected more space for what I spent. It felt more like a dorm room than a standard room I booked. An upgrade would have cost significantly more, which I found unreasonable.

the location was amazing. i barely used public transport. everything was within a short walk. the breakfast included was very good. the restaurant is beautiful and i had dinner there one evening. it was also very good.

i found that there was no kettle in the room. there are coffee machines on each floor and you get two coffee pods. there never seemed to be milk available. it is not great to walk down a corridor holding a hot drink.

the location was great, with a tram stop very close. the staff was helpful, even with directions, and i found them friendly! the breakfast had good variety with many breads. i found everything was good and fresh.
